I love this recipe.  It is so delicious, easy, and best of all – great company entree!

½ c. good balsamic vinegar
1 T. olive oil
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
¾ t. salt

One package (about 10) chicken tenders, trimmed

 

Mix vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, and salt, and pour in gallon ziploc bag

Trim chicken tenders and add to marinade and place ziploc bag on a plate

Marinate chicken in refrigerator for up to 4 hours

Heat grill pan on stove on medium high and oil grates

With tongs, remove half of chicken from marinade and place on grill pan

Grill for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes on each side, and repeat with remaining chicken

Meanwhile pour marinade in small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes

Serve chicken with cooked marinade on the side
