This is a very savory dish that makes a great side with rice pilaf.  Super easy to make.

2 lbs. baby carrots
2 c. water
2 c. beef stock
1 bay leaf
1 t. oregano
1 t. thyme
1 t. basil

Mix all ingredients in medium saucepan

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20-25 minutes, until fork tender

**NOTE:

For Instant Pot:
Steam on manual high for 11 minutes
Let natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release
