Healthy ice cream?  Sounds crazy, but 3 ingredients and delicious!

2 sliced, ripe bananas, frozen
2 T. smooth peanut butter, no sugar
2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder (I like Hershey’s dark)
optional: walnuts

Thaw frozen bananas to a semi-frozen state
Then add peanut butter and cocoa to a food processor
Blend until incorporated

Optional: Add some walnuts and pulse

Freeze mixture for 15 minutes for soft serve texture
If frozen solid, let soften on counter 20 minutes
