With only 3 healthy ingredients, this sorbet is delicious, refreshing, and easy to make!

4 c. frozen mango chunks, partially thawed
1 c. coconut water (you can use plain or mango flavored)
1/4 c. orange juice

Optional:  1 pitted date if using a high speed blender

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth, scraping down the sides

You can serve immediately, or   freeze the sorbet for 2-3 hours, scoop it  into individual glass ramekins and freeze for a refreshing dessert any time.  If frozen, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to soften before serving.
