- 1 large head cauliflower about 2 pounds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, if desired
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Chop the cauliflower into small florets.
In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower with the olive oil.
Sprinkle the cumin, paprika, turmeric, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper evenly over cauliflower and mix well.Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or a silicone mat. Place the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast for 25-35 minutes or until the cauliflower is fork tender and browned, stirring once.Serve immediately.
