Gianna has a lot of fun making these vanilla donuts in her Babycakes Treat Maker. And she has even more fun decorating them!
- 1 cup flour (gluten free mix or wheat)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons oil (avocado or melted coconut oil)

INSTRUCTIONS
- In large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, eggs, vanilla, and oil and whisk just until the ingredients are mixed well and dough is creamy:
- Transfer batter to a pastry bag or ziploc bag and cut the corner with scissors.
NOTE: If using a pastry bag, tie the large end shut with a twist tie.
- Spray Babycake donut plates with cooking spray and wipe out excess with paper towel
- Turn on donut maker
- When the donut maker is thoroughly heated, squeeze batter into the donut molds and cook for 3-4 minutes. Set your timer for 3 minutes and check.
VANILLA GLAZE
1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 and 1/2 teaspoons milk
1/4 vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salted butter, melted
Melt butter, add rest of ingredients and whisk until smooth
Add more milk if needed
