These fries are so addictive. The spices pair so well with sweet potatoes. And they are a healthier alternative to chips with sandwiches!
2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled
2 T. olive oil
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. paprika
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line 2 baking sheets with foil
Cut sweet potatoes into fries and place in large bowl
Drizzle with oil and toss
Sprinkle with spices and mix thoroughly
Spread single layer on prepared baking sheets
Roast for 15 minutes
Flip potatoes and return to oven
Continue roasting until cooked, about 10 minutes
NOTE: If you wish more color, turn the broiler on for a couple of minutes
Best served warm
